ACCESS 100'S OF OPTIONS. YOU JUST NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH US
La Poste and Swiss Post networks
Asendia was founded by La Poste (Geopost) and Swiss Post, giving us unique access to both companies’ logistics and delivery brands around the world.
An optimised partner network worldwide
We supplement our Group operations with best-in-class delivery partners:
Your shoppers will!
Our network of delivery partners goes well beyond the few famous courier brands. We work with e-commerce delivery specialists in each country to save you money and optimise your shopper's experience.

To make it easy to pick the right solution for your business, we plug all our final mile partners into a range of 4 services based on their delivery speed, tracking, weight limit and value-added options.

e-PAQ Standard uses postal operators worldwide, e-PAQ Plus utilises tracked postal services, e-PAQ Select partners are local e-commerce parcel specialists in major and emerging e-commerce markets, and e-PAQ Elite delivery is by trusted courier companies.
A convenient, hassle-free returns process keeps customers coming back to your business. Our international returns solution combines technology with logistics, giving e-tailers access to a dedicated portal, supply chain insights and hassle-free refunds – all powered by esw technology.
Our onboarding team then support with IT integration, organising collection, and training on our shipping platform. You'll be allocated an Account Manager, supported by our Customer Services team.
You only need an account with Asendia to access multiple delivery options worldwide at affordable rates.
No single courier or postal brand can deliver the best experience in every country for every shopper.
Our flexible network model enables you to provide shoppers everywhere delivery by a choice of trusted local brands at a cost and speed that works for them.

Most shoppers prefer to pay less and wait a few days for their order. Our most popular service, e-PAQ Select, provides many of the features of a premium courier service, like end-to-end tracking, but without the premium price tag. Delivery just takes a little longer.
If faster delivery really is a must, you can upgrade to e-PAQ Elite or if a low cost postal service suits you we also have you covered.
We offer an alternative to your local post office. Asendia is owned by La Poste and Swiss Post, so we champion post! But we have evolved to offer other options too.
We are connected to postal services in over 200 countries and territories, so if you need a low cost low-frills delivery service worldwide, or a tracked packet service, e-PAQ Standard and e-PAQ Plus should be your first choice.
If a fully tracked, feature-rich service is needed alongside a postal service we can provide both.

International growth for SMEs
There is no single “best” carrier or service for every small ecommerce business. The right set-up matches your main destinations, parcel profile and delivery promise, then gives you room to add services as order volume grows.
Start with a manageable number of reliable lanes. Compare the total cost of delivery, customs handling, tracking, customer support and returns—not just the parcel rate.
Prioritise destinations
Focus on the markets where demand is already visible.
Define the parcel profile
Use typical weight, dimensions and order value.
Set the delivery promise
Balance price, speed, tracking and choice.
Plan customs and returns
Prevent surprises after checkout.
Connect the workflow
Reduce manual labels, data entry and updates.
A set-up that can scale
A flexible delivery mix helps smaller retailers control cost at the beginning and add more choice when international demand becomes predictable.
| Business need | Useful service approach | What to measure |
|---|---|---|
| Testing a new market | Begin with a dependable economy or tracked service for a limited destination set. | Demand, delivery time, exceptions and landed cost. |
| Growing repeat orders | Add tracked delivery choice and clearer customer notifications. | Checkout conversion, WISMO contacts and repeat purchase. |
| Higher-value baskets | Offer a faster or premium option and make duties and taxes clearer. | Service uptake, loss rate and customer satisfaction. |
| Scaling several markets | Use a multi-carrier network with consistent integrations, reporting and returns. | Cost per successful delivery, first-attempt delivery and return cycle time. |
Why a multi-carrier model can help: the strongest local delivery experience is not always provided by the same carrier in every country. A managed network can give a smaller retailer access to destination-specific options without building each relationship and connection alone.
Frequently asked questions
The lowest-cost option depends on destination, parcel size, weight, value and the level of tracking required. Economy services can suit lower-value orders, but compare the full cost of failed delivery, customer support, customs and returns before choosing.
One service can be easier when testing a market. As destinations and volumes grow, a managed multi-carrier set-up can provide better local coverage and let each order use a service suited to its value and delivery promise.
Requirements vary by lane and product, but accurate product descriptions, values, quantities, country of origin and tariff classification are commonly important. Your shipping partner should confirm the data needed for each service and destination.
Plan returns before launching a market, especially for categories with frequent returns. A clear local return journey can support shopper confidence and prevent operational work from growing faster than sales.
